Class Description

General Conditioning 

    A one hour workout for beginners... All exercises will be tailored to meet the specific demands and skill level of each participant. Includes a dynamic warmup followed by active stretching and then on to core strength and stability. Equal attention is given to upper and lower body strength. Finish with a short cardio session and a stretching cooldown on the stability ball.

Cross Core Starter

    30 minutes of body weight suspension training for the beginner... a revolution in functional fitness using cables and pulleys.  A terrific core strengthening workout with lots of upper body focus. For increased strength and improved body awareness.

Advanced Cross Core

    A full hour of body weight suspension training for the more experienced student who is ready to take their fitness and strength to a new level. This workout includes a dynamic warmup followed by active stretching before tackling the more challenging strength and stability movements. Finish with a short cardio session and a stretching cooldown on the stability ball.    


Pilates on the Ball

    30 minutes of focus on the stability ball. Designed to improve one's balance and flexibility while also enhancing strength and stability.

Stretch & Strengthen

    A one hour program designed to improve flexibility and strength using little or no apparatus. Become strong and graceful.        

HIIT    

    30 minutes of lung searing high intensity work for the more advanced exerciser. Guaranteed to improve your cardio conditioning with a minimal time investment using basic exercises anyone can master.            

Legs Legs Legs        

    Do you want legs to die for? This is it...Whether you desire trim and toned, or muscular and athletic. We will dial in the right type and amount of leg exercise to give you the legs you desire. 60 minutes of intense work that will leave you breathless!        

Glutes & Abs

    The sexy workout! Shape and tone those all important areas...the glutes and abs.  This 30 minute routine is for everybody...
